History & Introduction:
The IRMNCH & NP was founded in July 2013 with the intention of fusing three distinct programmes (LHW Program, MNCH Program & Nutrition Program). IRMNCH & NP will be responsible for carrying out both the CM Chief Minister’s Stunting Reduction Program (CMSRP) and the Prime Minister’s Health Initiative (PMHI) Program as of July 2017 and June 2021, respectively.
Goals of RMNCH
It is possible to improve the health outcomes for women, children, and newborns by increasing access to health and nutrition services for the underserved and vulnerable in rural and underdeveloped urban areas and putting the RMNCH Package into action.
