Online Application Form for Undergraduate Admissions 2022
Phase-II (Registration Date Extended up to 20-09-2022)
ATTENTION
Considering how hard it was for candidates to fill out online admission forms because they had to upload their SMART cards, it was announced that candidates could upload either a B-Form, a CNIC, or a Smart card. This is a temporary permission to submit a Smart Card when filling out the admission form online. Candidates who want to get into QUEST Nawabshah must, however, bring and show their smart cards at the interview.

INSTRUCTIONS
Before you fill out the online application form, please read the instructions below.
Step 1: Click the “Register” button to sign up. Your CNIC or Smart card number will be your username. If you don’t have a CNIC or Smart card, you’ll need to apply for one at NADRA before you can sign up at the online portal or send in the application form.
- Sign in with your username and password and fill out the online application form.
- Print out your Bank Challan and pay the application fee at any HBL Bank branch.
- From your account, upload a copy of the paid Bank Challan.
- Scan your B-Form, Smart Card, or CNIC and upload it (front image and back image).
- Scan the pay order and upload it (for self-finance only). Also, send the original Demand Draft (DD) or Pay Order with
- your application to the Office of the Chairman Admissions at Quaid-e-Awam University in Nawabshah.

Pre-Admission Entry Test (Phase-II): 26-09-2022
a) All of these people who took the Phase-I Entry Test of QUEST between July 30 and August 2, 2022, can sign up (as a “improver”) if they want to get a better score on their first test.
b) Those who failed the test because they didn’t get at least 40 points can also apply online for the Phase-II Entry Test as a way to get better.
c) Those who couldn’t sign up online for the Entry Test Phase I can also sign up again now as “new candidates.”
